Q What is NetCall800?

All you need is an ordinary phone -standard or cellular - to receive the calls.

A Typically, when someone clicks a NetCall800 HyperPhone Link we take their phone number and e-mail address and dial your pre-defined telephone number. Once you answer and accept the call, we dial your internet customer's number and connect you together - all in a matter of seconds!

A Our customers are located world-wide. NetCall800 is a global service that connects calls between over 250 countries. If you prefer to offer a restricted service we let you define which countries you accept calls from. In fact, you can restrict your callbacks to your local area code or even an individual number!

Q Is the NetCall800 service expensive?

Q How do I pay for calls?
A NetCall800 Prepaid Accounts operate in credit. You must re-charge your account when it gets low, like buying a phone-card. NetCall800 Business Accounts operate in debit after authorization, with invoices sent out each quarter. In both cases you can pay by credit card over the telephone, or via our secure on-line payment page, or by sending us a check. You can also check your account details at any time, real-time, by logging on to our secure site.
Q Is the system open to misuse?
A This is an important issue to us. We have numerous security methods and practices in place to ensure the integrity of our service, including layers of encryption and automatic system-wide barring on calls to the emergency services and premium rate lines. You can add any numbers which you feel to be "nuisance" numbers, online and with immediate effect. You can choose to bar (or allow) calls by country, area code, individual number, or any combination of these options. If you wish to allow access to certain customers / colleagues only, you can protect your link with a PIN number.
Q Can I personalize the service?
A Yes. You are free to use NetCall800 link logo on your web pages, or to add your own choice of graphic to fit your site's "look and feel". You can link to your ready-made personal "HyperPhone Link" page for the "call us" form, customizable with your own colors and logo, or use the html we mail you on setup to incorporate the form in your own pages, we can also send you detailed customization documents & templates to allow you to host your own pages. We'll even send you some helpful hints on how to encourage customers to click your links!
Q But will NetCall800 handle…
A Almost certainly! NetCall800 handles multiple calls from the same link, busy phones, office extensions, call centers, ACDs, all types of switches, phones with or without MFT "touch-tone", time zone issues, least cost routing and a lot more. We have yet to find anyone who can't use NetCall800!
